Blade lasering is available to all customers for text on blades at a cost of $10 per blade.

Blade lasering for logo’s is available for wholesale customers who already have logos set up with Premium Knife Supply.
Email us to set up a project and we will send a separate invoice.
This service is ONLY for blades purchased from Premium Knife Supply, at the time of purchase.
We will NOT laser blades that do not come from us. We are unable to replace the blade if we damage it.
We will not laser damascus / san mai, or hammered blades. It just doesn’t work.
BULK DISCOUNT : When doing 10 or more blades of the same lasering, will be discounted to $8 for text, $10 for an image.
For your logo/image or bulk orders, email us with the following information (we will send you an invoice in return and will need to be paid before any work is done.):
- Blade number (example: sm13 or XLR skinner)
- Number of blades to be lasered
- What you want to be lasered onto the blades
- If text, what font.
- What side of the knife to be lasered
Blades that have been lasered can not be returned, unless there are extenuating factors.
This service extends our handling time, and will delay your shipment by 1-3 days.
We reserve the right not to laser.
—What is blade lasering?—
The blade surface is locally heated (often with a laser) to change the steel’s structure.
This creates a darkened, oxidized mark embedded in the metal.
The process is similar in principle to annealing (controlled heating), but here it’s used for marking, not softening the whole blade.
A “black annealed image” is basically a heat-created, permanent dark mark fused into the blade’s surface
